This month, we’re thrilled to announce some exciting new dishes at Bar Frances, so it’s the perfect time to come experience Chef Marcus Woodham’s modern bistro fare. Here’s a few of our top picks:
For the Table
Start off your meal with one of our new takes on the old French classic, Poulet Bonne Femme – a chicken dish made with a delicious, rich sauce, served with Choupique Caviar, Persillade, and a Maltaise Sauce. Another new standout item is the Buratta, served on grilled bread and topped off with sun-dried tomato tapenade and lemon.
Our tapas-style small plates are perfect to share with your crew on Sunday evenings. New to the menu this season is the Salmon Rillete – a creamy but light and flavorful French spread, mixed with beets, citrus, horseradish, poppy seeds.
One of our new favorites is the Lump Crab Pappardelle, a popular spring/summer pasta dish combined with sweet peas, oyster mushrooms, creme fraiche, crab and mushroom veloute. The Seared Tuna should be next on your list to try from our new menu. This dish is complemented with Bok Choy, edamame, orange, green onions, sesame seeds, nori, and blue eyes tea broth.
